1. Data We Collect

When you use Dynaro we collect:

  • Slack workspace information — team ID, workspace name, and installed app configuration
  • User profiles — Slack user IDs, display names, and time zones
  • On-call data — rotation schedules, shift assignments, escalation settings, and handover history
  • Usage data — feature usage, interaction timestamps, and error logs for improving the Service

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

  • Manage on-call rotations, shifts, and handovers
  • Send notifications and escalation alerts through Slack
  • Maintain on-call history and audit trails for your workspace
  • Improve and optimize the Service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in MongoDB databases with encryption at rest. Sensitive credentials such as OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. Third-Party Services

Dynaro integrates with the following third parties:

  • Slack API — for all workspace interactions, messaging, and user-group management

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your workspace has Dynaro installed. On-call history records are kept for up to 12 months. After you uninstall the app your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reinstallation, then permanently deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data — request a copy of all data we store about your workspace
  • Delete your data — request permanent deletion of all your data
  • Export your data — receive your data in a portable format
